We may ask for more detailed information in order to formulate a purchase offer.

Evaluate
A comprehensive analysis
This step involves a thorough evaluation of a potential target property to ensure that it meet our investment criteria and standards.
At this time an LOI may be prepared and presented.

Finalize
Due diligence to closing
The final step ensures that all aspects of the investment process are completed with precision, leading to a successful property acquisition.
Depending on property type closings may occur in 14 to 90 days.
We work to expedite closing and to work within your desired time frame.
